We conducted a comprehensive user survey on the e-residency website with 5 subjects from different nationalities. The results revealed several observations and points of concern that the page could do to improve its user experience.

Strumenta is a world class tech company in a field of Language Engineering, helping clients solve complex problems more efficiently. They received a UX Audit with over 60 smaller and bigger pain points that might affect user experience. In the future they are moving on with style guide & making marketing materials more unified with their website.

We were a partner of UX Estonia in conducting user research to help the TaskuTark team better understand the users of its educational portal used by teachers and students in Estonia. The target participant in the research was a basic school teacher in a field of Estonian or mathematics.

Together with UX Estonia, we compared the user-friendliness of the Airbaltic and Finnair websites in a user test and analyzed the patterns. A study with 5 users revealed that although the first impression of a page is formed based on appearance, functionality is more important.

We conducted a user experience research collaboration with UX Estonia, where we compared the homepages of Škoda Tallinn and Elke. The results revealed, among other things, that users value simplicity in user journeys, uniform style and logical data sorting.

After considering the timeline, budget, and yearly plan we decided to set up a shop on the Voog platform that has the best tools for the client to maintain the page without additional help in the upcoming months.

From an idea to a working prototype, we sketched an app that aims to simplify food organization, shopping list creation and recipe generation. We created a light and dark UI view to provide more variety to the user.
